Let’s repeat last week this week! It was pretty much the Groundhogs Day of training weeks. My work schedule was the same (7+days in a row), and I was still run-streaking. I focused on making sure I was getting my rest and recovery in even though my schedule was packed. It was as easy as foam rolling while I was drinking my coffee, or wearing compression socks to work; it doesn’t have to be time consuming!
Tuesday: 3.0 Mile Run in the AM. CrossFit in the PM.
Wednesday: 2.25 Mile Run in the AM. CrossFit in the PM.
Thursday: 3.35 Mile Run in the AM.
Friday: 7.0 Mile Run in the AM. CrossFit in the PM
Saturday: 4.25 Mile Run in the AM.
Sunday: 3.12 Mile Run in the AM.
Total Weekly Mileage: 25.47 Miles.
Number of CrossFit Classes: 4.
