GCM: Week Five

Last week I had an 11 miler on the treadmill! That was a first for me, but it taught me that I can do it. I want this PR pretty bad.

Monday: Rest Day!

Tuesday: 6.15 Mile Speed Run completed on the Treadmill + Lifting.
1.5 mile Warm-up
4 x (0.125 mile at 800m Pace (9.6mph) + 1:30 Walk/Jog)
1.0 mile at Maintenance Pace (6.6mph) + 1:30 Walk/Jog
4 x (0.125 mile at 800m Pace (9.6mph) + 1:30 Walk/Jog)
1.65 mile Cool-down

Wednesday: 6 Mile Run on the Treadmill + Lifting.

Thursday: 7 Mile Run on the Treadmill + Lifting.

Friday: 5 Mile Run on the Treadmill + Lifting. Probably my best run of the week.

Saturday: 14 Mile Run on the Treadmill.

Sunday: 4 Mile Run on the Treadmill. 6 was planned but it just wasn’t in me.
