It feels like I finished the Dopey Challenge yesterday, and already I’m in my next training cycle starting week 1 of training for the Glass City Half Marathon. Sometime new this training period is a heavy emphasis on treadmill miles in order to get my mileage in despite the weather.
Monday: Rest Day. In this training plan, Mondays are my rest days.
Tuesday: 3 Mile Easy Run + Lifting. Run was done on a Treadmill, and it wasn’t that bad. Typically, Tuesdays will my speed days, but I’m still recovering from Dopey so it was a light and easy day.
Wednesday: 4 Mile Easy Run + Lifting. Run was completed on a Treadmill.
Thursday: 3 Mile Easy Run + Lifting. Run was done on a Treadmill.
Friday: 2 Mile Easy Run + Lifting. Run was completed on a Treadmill.
Saturday: 6 Mile Easy Run on a Treadmill!
Sunday: 4 Mile Easy Run on a Treadmill.
